We buy to soothe, to signal, to belong, to feel momentarily whole.

But no amount of acquisition can substitute for coherence.

The rebellion is not to reject consumption; it is to stop asking it to do emotional work it cannot do.

To let objects remain objects.
To stop shopping for meaning.
To build a life that is not constantly trying to fill a quiet ache.

Quiet rebellion is choosing sufficiency over accumulation.

It is knowing when enough is enough.
