If your employees are only working hard enough to reach minimum goals, the chances are that they no longer worry about their performance.

2.Clock-watching

Clock-watching is trying to get done with work in the least possible time, compromising on quality and outcomes. This is obvious of an unhappy employee.

3.Limited Personal Engagement  

It is difficult to enjoy the job without getting on with other in the office. So, if your office is extraordinarily quiet it directly hints towards employee dissatisfaction and unhappiness as they are less engaged on personal levels.

4.Lack Of Innovative Ideas

If you don’t hear anything new and innovative about work from your employees, it could be an indication towards unhappiness.

5.Less Cooperative

One of the clearest indicators of an unhappy employee is less cooperation in the tasks assigned.
